What happens if you do not repair my computer or device?
- This means that you can bring your computer or device in and have it looked at. We will tell you the exact problem(s) you are having with the computer/device. We do not charge for simply looking at your equipment as we feel it is something that our customers should have available to them.
Are we available for house calls?
- We are available for house calls but it will depend on the technician and their hours of operation.
- We generally charge at a rate of $25 per hour. If the computer or item in question has no possible repair or fix on location, the technician would not bill you for the house call but ask to bring the computer/device back to the shop for further maintenance
Can you come pick my computer up?
- Yes. We currently on offer this service to those location in our around the city of Newburgh (within 25 miles)
Do you sell any computers?
- Yes. We are always looking to repair machines and build from the ground up. Laptops are usually available and new ones become available bi-weekly.
What is your guarantee on the computers you sell ?
- We guarantee the operating system on the computer you purchase for up to 30 days. We also offer discounts on any machine you purchase from us.
Is the work you on my computer guaranteed?
- Most of our parts come with monthly and yearly guarantees. Our work is also guaranteed and it varies depending on the job required.
What happens if you do not repair my computer or device?
- In rare occasion that we are unable to repair you computer/device you will not be charged. This can only occur if the parts are not available or the repair goes beyond a certain price point at which time we discuss this with you.
